The following colleges offer articulation credits. Students will be exempt from retaking the similar material in college which will reduce the amount of coursework necessary to graduate.
Northwest State Community College
Northwest State Community College and our local Tech Prep Consortium have partnered to offer Dual Enrollment Credit to all Engineering students who enroll in the Engineering Tech Prep I and Engineering Tech Prep II courses. After completing these two courses students will have 6hrs of college credit which are transferable. This credit is permanent and will go on the students college transcripts.
Owens Community College
Owens Community College will accept coursework taken in the Engineering Program at Northview. They will also provide a $2000 scholarship per year to all students who successfully complete the engineering pathway at Northview High School. University of Toledo
The University of Toledo will also accept course work taken at Northview High School. Eligible students will be able take a higher level of coursework after completing the program at Northview. The college offers a two year program in Engineering Technologies, and a four year program in Engineering.
