Every year, senior engineering students are required to secure an internship during the 3rd quarter.  This is a great opportunity for students who would like to graduate from college with a degree in the field of engineering.  It gives students a realistic idea of what to expect after graduating from college and also allows them to grow as an individual through professional socialization. Students have also been hired by the companies they work with before entering college.
